Common Issues:

The van will not lock, but the lights are blinking

The van will not lock if a door is not fully closed. Make sure that all doors are closed and try again.

The skylight is popping open while I am driving

This is known to happen when you reach speeds above 65 due to the high wind speeds. If this happens, tuck a towel under the bar like this:

The odometer is blinking and the infotainment screen is blank

This may happen if a fuse blows out. To fix the fuse, take the following steps:

1. GET A FUSE BLADE FROM THIS PANEL

Get the small, micro sized blades.
2. GET THE TOOLKIT FROM THIS DRAWER

This is located below the bed
3. OPEN THE VAN FUSE PANEL

It is located below the steering wheel to the left.
4. REPLACE THE BLUE 15 FUSE

It is located on the far left. Use the provided fuse blade tweezer to place it in.

The awning won’t open

There is a safety lock to prevent the awning from opening if the van engine is on. Make sure that it is off.

The engine has no issues but won’t turn on

There is a unique safety lock that will not allow the van to turn on if the swivel seats are turned.

The control panel tablet keeps shutting down

This is a power-saving feature that happens when you press “<” until you see “OF” and then press “EXT” on the tablet.

To disable this, press 1 and hold for 3 seconds. After this the tablet should no longer shut down completely, but may dim the screen when not in use.
